Cool Vibes is a 75 minute interactive listening event that focuses on Guided Relaxation Practices. We start with simple Guided Meditations slowly, while playing beautiful soothing monochord, kalimbas, and chimes. With these Reiki tools, we’ll breathe & stretch further developing coordination, improving flexibility while expanding English listening & comprehension skills, thinking, new vocabulary while achieving inner calm.

Hone tools to fend off negative thoughts & behaviors, build self-confidence, calm focus, & treat others and yourself with greater appreciation that's the aim of my style of somatic reiki Cool Vibes. Also available LIVE, not including accomodations.

Session closes with music & reflection of how we’re feeling. All Abilities Ages & Languages Invited.

I Accomplish great things in my career & life. now I boast for creative people like you by helping you fine-tune your goal’s accuracy. In approximately 90 minutes we get a lot of work done as you hone your style, fortify your uniqueness while embracing healthy performance habits off stage so you shine on stage, or whatever your stages will be. I start the clock and notify you in the 90 minutes is reached however if we’re in the middle of getting something accomplished we don’t stop until we achieve the most we can together!

ConvoClub is part performance, part conversation. A Fireside Chat in English - A Language Experience during winter recess for students 8 - 16 years old with previous study of English who need to DEVELOP RESPECTFUL SPEAKING TO ELDERS AND ADULTS IN GENERAL.

I believe that children learn best by doing, I've developed an experiential curriculum based on my work as a Teaching Artist, Lincoln Center in NYC and based on 40 years of performing with & for students.

I educate thru the arts; taking risks with words while gaining awareness. Language teaching & learning are social processes necessary for survival & culture's a key component to learning a language. I'm glad to share mine!

30 minutes on the 🎶 clock then we start; just for you with my 432 Hz instruments, prayers, frequent melodies of your vibrations as a meditation with just a few words. There’s Only One Of You.
